Each restaurant has one page with a review and color photo's, ingredient information, public transport information and a clear map designed to lead you from the nearest public transport to the restaurant.
A ranking system giving a restaurant one or two stars (or no star) might help you to choose a restaurant.
All restaurants have been personally visited by the author.

At the end is a small section with Japanese phrases useful in restaurants, and a mini guide for the foods in convenience stores that are suitable for vegans.
